Ages: 9th-12th graders (2025-2028)

LIT 1.0

Themes: Leading Yourself, Terrific Teammates, Leading Others, Championship Habits

Format: 4×70 Minute video calls with college coaches. Stations in small groups with 1 coach leading the girls through LIT curriculum exercises.  There will be short homework assignments related to call topics and curriculum each week. Some sessions will include 10 min HIIT workouts depending on the time of year. 

LIT 2.0

For athletes who have completed LIT 1.0.

Themes: Past, Presence, Transitions, Leveling Up

Format: 4×70 Minute video calls with college coaches. Each session will include 2-3 stations in small groups with 1 LIT for women instructor leading coaches through discussion topics There may be short homework assignments related to call topics and curriculum each week or reviews of assignments that players have gone through.

LIT 3.0

For athletes who have completed LIT 2.0

Format: 4×70 Minute video calls with college coaches.  Each session will include a short lacrosse or fitness station, and then 2-3 stations in small groups with 1 coach leading the girls through LIT curriculum exercises.  There will be short homework assignments related to call topics and curriculum each week.

LIT for COACHES

Format: 4×70 Minute video calls with college coaches.. Each session will include 2-3 stations in small groups with 1 LT for women instructor leading coaches through the LIT curriculum.  There may be short homework assignments related to call topics and curriculum each week or reviews of assignments that players have gone through.
